In high level, we see 2 types of consultancy requests:
- Understanding the market, competition, weaknesses, strengths etc. and would like to get business recommendations
- Understanding how their digital marketing is doing; what is missing or can be improved
Market Research
First group of customers range from people who didn't even start their business yet to people who are in the industry for many years.
Companies at early stages try to understand the feasibility of their business and would like to make an early stop or continue call. They would like to avoid tight competition, high entry cost, investing in wrong location etc.
Companies in later stages either have been lagging in their market and want to understand why, or would like to grow their businesses. They sometimes explore new potential businesses that matches to their current customer profile as they already retain a certain segment profile. Sometimes, they try to expand their business to new customer segments. They try to understand why they aren't performing well in other segments and how they could target those segments.
We look at what data the companies already have, what data we might have, what data we can collect or what changes we can do to the customer's system to collect the necessary information. Eventually, we'd prepare a report containing opportunities, risks, cost, competition data. We will make recommendations with the risk information associated with each option
Marketing Performance
Second group of customers is typically already doing some digital marketing but they might not be achieving the efficiency they were hoping.
This type of customers would like to understand if they are using all the right tools available. They would like to know if they are giving ads in the right channels, in the right format. They would like to understand where in their advertisement pipeline they might be losing most of the potential customers: correct environment, targeting, ad clicks, website issues etc. They are interested in learning about their biggest rivals and what it takes to better compete with them such as the biggest advantage their opponent has and what they could leverage the most to have a better edge.
We investigate the marketing setup (ads, website, app, social media etc.) such customers have, collect the necessary information and make objective recommendations to our users.
